"Drinking Herbs - from the plant to the glass" is an experience that will take you into the fascinating world of wild plants, to discover how they are collected and transformed into syrups, decorations, infusions, liqueurs and bitters.
Together with Elia and Betty, the founders of the "Il Giardino sotto il Naso" project and the "Mita Spirits" company, you will spend a day as a "wild forager", discovering how the wild herbs that were once the basis of popular peasant cuisine , they can become liquid ingredients with an intense Mediterranean scrub flavour.
