The GUALTERRA Winery was founded in the pristine territory of the municipality of Baranello. Aiming to produce high-quality wines that express their terroir, and aware of the grape variety's ability to express itself differently depending on the production zone, the intention is to maximize the potential of the soil composition, exposure, the influence of the nearby mountains, and temperature variations.

Fares

This is the flagship wine of Molise's winemaking heritage. It is made from the native Tintilia grape of the same name, a rustic variety that tolerates the cold Molise winters well. It is not very vigorous and is characterized by a rather low yield. When ripe, the grapes are bluish-black in color, have a good aroma, and produce a wine with an intense ruby red color with purple highlights.
