In a wide valley surrounded by greenery and hazelnut groves, stands an artisan workshop of master chocolatiers, whose history begins way back in 1976. A young married couple from Molise are inspired by local recipes to launch themselves into the world of pastry making, betting on goodness and uniqueness of the great classics of the Molise tradition: the "Labbate Mazziotta Dolciaria" was born, not just an artisan company but a life project shared by Vincenzo Labbate and his wife Ines Mazziotta. A project that is still alive, whose path is marked by countless national and international awards and recognitions.
