The Pastry Science and Technology course starts from the basics and offers a complete and advanced preparation on Italian pastry, covering all aspects of the sector, from laboratory pastry to catering pastry, up to specializations such as chocolate, large leavened products and ice cream. The program includes 4 months of practical lessons at the Institute and up to 4 months of internship in selected facilities throughout Italy.

The cost of the Pastry Science and Technology Course is €9,600.00 (VAT exempt) with a registration fee of €450.00. It is possible to pay a 20% deposit upon registration and pay the remainder by the start of the course. Alternatively, thanks to partnerships with banking institutions, it is possible to finance the entire amount in monthly installments. The Institute also offers a direct interest-free deferral, or a merit-based loan dedicated to those who have obtained at least 70/100 in their high school diploma or have a degree, with which it is possible to receive the sum immediately and start paying two years after the end of the course.
