The Advanced Course in High Italian Cuisine is a training program open to everyone, even those with no experience. The course offers complete training: starting from the basics up to an advanced professional specialization. The training includes 5 months of full-time lessons at the Academy and a practical internship (optional) of five months at selected and accredited laboratories, restaurants or hotels, to live a direct experience and apply the knowledge learned.
Participants will acquire internationally recognized skills, essential for successfully entering the kitchens of the best restaurants, both in Italy and abroad.

The cost of the Advanced Course in High Italian Cuisine is €11,450.00 (VAT exempt) with a registration fee of €450.00. It is possible to pay a 20% deposit upon registration and pay the remainder by the start of the course. Alternatively, thanks to partnerships with banking institutions, it is possible to finance the entire amount in monthly installments. The Institute also offers a direct interest-free deferral, or a merit-based loan dedicated to those who have obtained at least 70/100 in their high school diploma or have a degree, with which it is possible to receive the sum immediately and start paying two years after the end of the course.
