The Tasting Arch presents a variety of local dishes such as White Focaccia with rosemary, Caprese Salad, Irpinian Salami-Soppressata and local Pecorino carefully paired with a selection of wines from the cellar, including the Jacarando Sparkling Blanc de Blancs or Rosè, Greco di Tufo, Aglianico, Passito Foxtail.
