Casearia is a project to promote the culture of the Italian regional dairy industry, which represents an economic and social value with a deep-rooted history. The initiative aims to present a model of economic development through a specialized, high-quality event. Casearia is an "open-air village" with an entrance fee. The stands will be attractive and in keeping with the best exhibition traditions. The area will provide access to the core products and select "collateral" stands (desserts, wine, cured meats, honey, truffles, etc.).
