A historic farm just a few minutes from Pergine Valsugana recently renovated and equipped with every comfort, but which maintains a welcoming warmth. The accommodation consists of a living area on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and finally a bright living room with TV, sofa and armchairs overlooking a large balcony with an open view of the surrounding landscape. Open spaces: with a beautiful terrace flanked by a covered barbecue area with table overlooking the Valley.
The house has an uncovered parking space, a laundry area and a bike shed.
