Tenute Eméra is the largest of the Claudio Quarta Vignaiolo wineries, with its 80 hectares of property: a large vineyard close to the Ionian Sea, in the heart of the PDO Primitivo di Manduria in Lizzano, Puglia.

The tasting arc presents a variety of local dishes such as Puccia alla spasa and Pampanella, decomposed Frisa, aged pecorino carefully paired with a selection of wines from the cellar, including the Jacarando Spumante Brut Blanc de Blancs, the Rosè, the 'Amure, Oro di Eméra, thus offering a complete and authentic culinary experience.
