"Herbs to Drink - from the plant to the glass"

"Drinking Herbs - from the plant to the glass" is an experience that will take you into the fascinating world of wild plants, to discover how they are collected and transformed into syrups, decorations, infusions, liqueurs and bitters.

Together with Elia and Betty, the founders of the "Il Giardino sotto il Naso" project and the "Mita Spirits" company, you will spend a day as a "wild forager", discovering how the wild herbs that were once the basis of popular peasant cuisine , they can become liquid ingredients with an intense Mediterranean scrub flavour.

Fares

The experience costs €70 per person and includes the herb identification walk, the tasting of 5 liqueurs and a cocktail, accompanied by an aperitif.

The experience lasts 4 hours and takes place from 9am to 1pm in the autumn and winter months and from 4pm to 8pm in spring and summer.
