The ethnographic museum was created inside an old water mill from the 1700s, thanks to the intervention of the municipal administration and the active collaboration of the Fluminesi. The museum itinerary inaugurated in 1998 focuses on the various phases of wheat production and processing, the exhibition is also enriched by a vast display of objects ranging from field work, sheep farming, woodworking and ancient crafts (cobbler , knife grinder, etc.), reproduction of environments such as the kitchen and the bedroom. The visit begins in the external part of the mill and then continues in the eleven internal rooms.
