Bridge between the two Parks

Bridge between the two Parks

Sports/Nature/Wellness

With its 586 meters in length, the Bridge between the two Parks is the longest Tibetan bridge in the world. 1160 steps to walk in the void, at a slow pace so as not to miss even a millimeter of the spectacular view that stands out all around. An extraordinary engineering work which, with its 586 meters of length and 80 meters of height from the ground, connects the Pollino National Park to that of the Lucanian Apennines-Val d'Agri Lagonegrese. From the oldest part of the village, the bridge between the two parks extends up to a rocky spur between the slopes of Mount Raparo and Mount Castelveglia, like a gateway to the secret of still little explored woods.
