The Abruzzo's "arrosticini"

 The "arrosticini" are one of the most traditional dishes of Abruzzo cuisine. These are meat skewers 15-20 cm long. composed of 1-2 cm cubes of meat. rigorously cooked on the grill. It was born as a recovery dish in the peasant tradition, but you cannot avoid to tast its  on a trip to Abruzzo.
