From the historic Torrone Ducato di Alvito , delicate white royal paste, candied fruit and icing, symbol of the Alvita school of Neapolitan origin to the ingenious reinterpretations of the Master Pastry Chef Vittorio Macioce who, in the 1930s, combined the classic Alvito nougat with that of royal paste chocolate
but also the Torrone Regina and the Croccantino.
An art passed down first to the granddaughters and now in the third generation with Eleonora - who has inherited the family legacy and is the soul of the pastry shop and all its sweets - Torrone, Ducatini, Zuccherine, Quaresimali, Susamelli, the artisanal cakes - and his sister Elisabetta.
